Trishka is a Certified Iyengar Yoga Teacher (CIYT) at the IJII level, and is the sole owner/operator of Iyengar Yoga Aspen - the only Iyengar Yoga studio in the Roaring Fork Valley. Trishka is also an Internationally Certified Yoga Therapist (C-IAYT).
She was born in Aspen, Colorado and began practicing yoga in 1989. She has been to Pune, India more than once to study directly under the guidance of the Iyengar family, including Geetaji and Prashantji. While in Pune she also assisted in the medical classes.
